Step 1

Using a squared paper (download here) - sketch the outline of the property. Indicate the north point of the sketch.

Step 2

Measure up the lengths of the walls and show each measurement against each wall using the metric system. Clearly indicate front door, sliding/French doors, connecting doors, windows etc

Step 3

Draw in fixtures and fittings and indicate each room separately using abbreviations:

K - kitchen
B - M, 1, 2, 3 - Bedroom - Master, 1, 2, 3
BT - bathroom
WC - toilet
SH - Shower

Step 4

Submit the sketch to us by Fax or E-mail, ensuring that it contains:

Step 5

Select payment method from the main menu - prices and payment. All floor plans must be pre paid using the "Add to Cart" for ordering single or multiple plans and processing them through the Pay Pal system, which is by far the most secure method of payment on line.
